* Soothing Ayurvedic Massage, harmonizing energy flow throughout body / being, calming the nervous system, aiding in lymphatic flow. Gradually penetrating deeper into the body for an overall sense of well-being.
* Sensual massage - learning to trace the body, slowly incorporating a full body massage (depending on participant consent, individuals have the choice to be nude or partially draped); or incorporate genital massage (optional)..
